— How it started

2024

The agency we wanted to hire didn't exist. So we built it.

We'd spent years inside agencies, in-house teams, and freelance gigs watching the same pattern repeat. Budgets allocated by feel. "Brand impressions" presented as outcomes. Reports designed to look successful rather than be useful. The work was rarely tied to revenue. The reports were rarely honest.

We saw a gap. Marketing leaders wanted partners who'd think with them, not just execute against a brief. Founders wanted senior practitioners who'd be honest about what was working and what wasn't. Both wanted reporting that meant something.

Perfometrics is built for both. A young agency by design — lean enough to give every client the senior thinking they deserve, built on collective experience deep enough to know what actually moves the needle. Headquartered in Berlin. Working with clients across DACH, the UK, and North America.
