/ Growth marketing agency full funnel, senior-led
One growth marketing agency instead of four.
A growth marketing agency should own the whole funnel, not one slice of it. Perfometrics runs acquisition, conversion, retention and measurement as one system, with one senior team, a weekly experiment cadence and targets set in CAC, payback and contribution margin. No growth hacks, no juniors, and the founder stays close.
Your audit is written by the senior people who would run your growth programme.

Illustrative growth curve. The totals are real, rounded down.
New tests shipped every week/ Sound familiar?
Four agencies, four reports. No growth.
Most brands looking for growth help already have suppliers. One runs ads, one does SEO, a freelancer builds the emails. Each hits its own targets while the business itself stalls.
Channels optimised in isolation
Your paid agency celebrates ROAS, your SEO agency shows rankings and your email freelancer reports open rates. Nobody owns the number that matters: profitable new customers.
Growth that costs more than it earns
Revenue rises while blended CAC climbs faster. Nobody has worked out payback period or contribution per order, so every extra euro of spend quietly eats margin.
Traffic arrives, then leaks away
Budget pours into acquisition while product pages, checkout and the post-purchase journey stay untouched. You pay to bring people in, then lose most of them before a second order.
Tests with no system behind them
Ideas get tried when someone has a spare afternoon, results live in Slack threads and nobody remembers what was learned last quarter. That is activity, not a growth programme.
Growth comes from a system: one set of numbers, one backlog, and one team that can move budget and effort to whatever is working this month.
/ What we do
What a growth marketing agency should run for you.
As a full-funnel marketing agency, our growth marketing services cover five connected areas. Each feeds the others: acquisition data shapes the tests, and retention numbers decide what you can afford to pay for a customer.
Unit economics and targets
Every growth marketing agency engagement we run starts with your numbers: gross margin, contribution per order, CAC by channel, repeat rate and payback period. From those we set what you can afford to pay for a new customer, then plan spend against it.
Why it matters: a ROAS target without contribution margin behind it can scale you straight into a loss.
- Contribution margin per order after COGS, shipping, fees and returns
- Blended CAC and new-customer CAC, tracked separately
- LTV by cohort and by first product purchased
- Payback period targets your cash flow can actually carry
- MER and break-even ROAS worked out for each channel
- Tracking checked first by our marketing analytics agency team
Acquisition, paid and organic
We run Google Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn alongside SEO, and set the mix from margin and payback rather than habit. Paid tests demand quickly. SEO compounds slowly and lowers blended CAC over time.
Why it matters: brands that lean on one channel can lose half their growth to a single auction price rise or algorithm change.
- Channel mix set by marginal CAC, not last month's habit
- Search, Shopping and PMax structured around margin tiers
- Creative testing on Meta and TikTok with written hypotheses
- SEO roadmap aimed at non-brand demand with buying intent
- Brand and non-brand split so paid isn't buying existing customers
- Paid detail on our performance marketing agency page
Activation and conversion
Traffic is only worth as much as the pages it lands on. We research where visitors drop out, then fix and test landing pages, product pages, checkout and lead forms so every acquisition euro buys more customers.
Why it matters: a higher conversion rate lowers CAC on every channel at once, which no single bidding change can do.
- Funnel analysis from first session to first order or lead
- Heatmaps, recordings and on-site surveys before any test
- Landing pages built for specific ad groups and audiences
- Friction removed from product page, cart and checkout
- A/B tests sized properly, never stopped on the first green day
- Research and testing by our conversion rate optimisation agency specialists
Retention and lifetime value
A second order usually costs far less than a first. We build the Klaviyo flows, campaigns and offers that bring customers back, then feed repeat-rate data into acquisition so you know what a customer is really worth.
Why it matters: a higher LTV lets you outbid competitors for the same customer and still make money on them.
- Welcome, abandonment, post-purchase and win-back flows
- Replenishment timing based on real reorder intervals
- Segments by first product, spend and purchase count
- Cohort retention curves reviewed every month
- Offers tested against margin, not just conversion rate
- Flows and campaigns from our email marketing agency team
Experiment backlog and cadence
Every idea goes into one backlog, scored on expected impact, confidence and effort. Each week we ship tests across channels, record the outcome and decide what to scale, stop or retest. Learning compounds because nothing gets lost.
Why it matters: a growth programme moves only as fast as its testing rhythm, and most brands test a handful of times a year.
- One shared backlog across paid, SEO, CRO and email
- ICE scoring so the biggest bets run first
- A weekly growth meeting covering results and next tests
- A written log of every test, winners and losers alike
- Clear stop rules so losing tests don't drag on
- Quarterly review of what moved CAC, LTV and revenue
/ How it works
How a growth engagement runs.
We don't start with tactics. The first month builds the numbers and the backlog. The rhythm after that is what produces growth.
Free growth audit
We review your ad accounts, analytics, site funnel and email setup, then write up where growth is leaking and what we would test first. You have it within 48 hours.
You get: a ranked view of your biggest growth constraints.
Model the economics
We agree margin, CAC, LTV and payback targets with you, and close tracking gaps so every channel reports against the same numbers.
You get: a growth model and targets everyone signs up to.
Build the backlog
Ideas from every channel go into one scored backlog. Quick fixes and the first tests go live within two weeks of kickoff.
You get: first changes live and a testing plan for the quarter.
Run the weekly loop
Every week we review results, move budget to what works and ship the next tests. Every month you get a report in revenue, CAC and contribution. Every quarter we reset the plan.
You get: growth driven by evidence rather than opinion.

/ Is this for you?
When a growth marketing agency makes sense.
✓A great fit if you are
- A brand past product-market fit with revenue growing but CAC creeping up
- Juggling several agencies and tired of reports that never add up
- A founder or head of growth who thinks in margin, payback and cohorts
- Ready to test every week with someone who can approve changes quickly
- Stuck on one channel and needing a second and third engine of growth
✕Probably not a fit if you
- Want growth hacks or viral tricks. We build systems, and systems take a few months to compound
- Pre-launch with no sales data yet. We need some orders or leads to model the economics
- Need just one channel fixed. Browse our individual marketing services instead
- Can't share margin or revenue data. Without it we can't set targets that protect profit
/ Before you choose
Questions to ask any growth agency.
Growth is an overused word. These questions separate agencies running a real system from those reselling ad management under a new label. Ask them of everyone you speak to.
What number will you be accountable for?
Weak answers name clicks, ROAS or traffic. A strong one names new-customer CAC, contribution margin or payback, explains how each is measured, and admits which numbers the agency cannot control.
How do you decide the channel mix?
Listen for marginal returns: where the next thousand euros buys the cheapest profitable customer. 'We specialise in Meta' means you are hiring a channel agency with a growth label on the door.
How many tests do you run a month?
Ask for the cadence and a sample test log. A good agency ships tests weekly, writes down the hypothesis before launch and records losing tests as carefully as winners.
Who checks the tracking before spend goes up?
If nobody looks at GA4, server-side events and consent mode first, every later decision rests on faulty data. A strong answer puts measurement work in week one.
What do you do about retention?
Agencies that stop at the first order miss half the economics. Ask how they use repeat rate and LTV to set acquisition targets, and who actually builds the email flows.
Who does the work after the pitch?
Ask whether the strategist in the meeting runs your tests. Many growth teams are one senior lead plus a bench of juniors working in separate silos.
