/ Shopify SEO agency senior specialists, founder-led
A Shopify SEO agency that writes Liquid, not reports.
A Shopify SEO agency of senior specialists who work inside Shopify every day. We edit Liquid themes ourselves (our own site runs on Shopify), sit alongside your developer or theme agency, and plan SEO with your Google Ads, Meta and Klaviyo, so one team answers for organic revenue.
You'll talk to the people who would do the work, not a sales team.
Want the full scope? Shopify SEO services: what is included
Illustrative growth curve. The totals are real, rounded down, across four stores using our SEO playbook.
We edit the theme ourselves/ Sound familiar?
You've hired an agency before. It didn't stick.
Most Shopify brands that contact us have already worked with at least one SEO supplier. The work wasn't always bad. The way it was run usually was.
The pitch team disappeared after signing
Senior people sold you the retainer. Then a junior account manager took over, learning Shopify on your store and forwarding your questions to someone you never met.
Recommendations your developer couldn't build
A spreadsheet asked you to remove /collections/ from your URLs or move the blog to a subdomain. Your developer explained why Shopify won't allow it, and the project stalled there.
Every fix came with another app
Schema app, image compression app, redirect app, SEO audit app. Each one solved a line on the report and added scripts, monthly fees and conflicts to your storefront.
Three suppliers, nobody in charge
Your theme agency, your ads agency and your SEO agency each blamed the others when organic revenue dropped after the last theme update.
So we built the opposite: senior people who stay, who touch the theme, and who sit with your other channels.
/ What's included
How our Shopify SEO agency works with you.
What you buy from an agency is mostly people and habits. Here is who works on your store, what access we need, and how the week actually runs.
The people on your account
Our Shopify SEO agency puts senior specialists on every account. One SEO lead owns your store from the first call onwards. Theme, content and tracking work is done by people who have shipped it on Shopify before, never by trainees.
Why it matters: the person who audits your store should be the one who fixes it, so nothing gets lost in a handover.
- One named senior lead from audit to monthly review
- Liquid and theme edits done in-house, not outsourced
- Content written by specialists who know your category
- The founder, Andrej Zafirov, reachable when you need him
- Same people after signing as in the first call
- The full scope is on our Shopify SEO services page
Access & tools
We need far less access than most stores assume. A staff account with the right permissions, Search Console and GA4 is usually enough. Theme work happens in a duplicate theme, or in your GitHub repo if your developer uses theme sync.
Why it matters: clean, limited access keeps your store safe and makes it easy to see exactly who changed what.
- A staff account limited to themes, content and navigation
- Search Console and GA4 shared, never transferred to us
- Duplicate theme or GitHub branch for every change
- Preview links before anything is published
- A shared tracker showing every open and finished task
- Remove our access in one click, at any time
Working with your developer
Plenty of stores already have a Shopify developer or theme agency. We don't replace them. We send tickets they can build without guessing, review their pull requests or previews, and check the live result in Search Console.
Why it matters: SEO tickets that ignore how Shopify works waste developer hours and make every later request harder.
- Tickets with the template, the change and acceptance criteria
- Liquid snippets included where it saves your developer time
- Review of previews before they go live
- Fits into your sprints instead of running beside them
- We make small fixes ourselves if that's faster
- Joint calls during theme updates and app changes
Weekly rhythm
You shouldn't have to chase an agency for news. A short written update lands each week, a call happens each month, and the roadmap gets a proper review every quarter. Questions get a reply within one business day.
Why it matters: a predictable rhythm means problems surface in days, not at the end of a quarter.
- A written weekly update: shipped, in progress, blocked
- A monthly call with your SEO lead and the numbers
- A quarterly roadmap review, priorities reset with you
- Slack, Teams or email, whichever you already use
- Replies within one business day, usually sooner
- No hour-long status meetings that could be an email
Your other channels
We also run Google Ads, paid social, Klaviyo email, CRO and analytics for Shopify brands. So your SEO plan can use paid search term data, line up with product launches and feed email flows, rather than living in its own silo.
Why it matters: search terms that already convert in Google Ads are the fastest proof of which collections deserve SEO work first.
- Converting Google Ads search terms feed the SEO roadmap
- Launch dates shared across SEO, ads and email
- Collection pages tested with our CRO specialists
- GA4 and Shopify revenue numbers that agree
- Lower bids on terms where you already rank organically

/ How it works
Your first 30 days.
Starting with a new agency shouldn't take a quarter of onboarding. Here is how the first month runs.
Kickoff call
You meet your SEO lead and, if you like, the founder. We agree goals, access, tools and who on your side signs off theme changes.
You get: a short written working agreement.
Access and deep review
We get a staff account, Search Console and GA4, then review your theme, apps, collections and indexing by hand.
You get: a ranked list of fixes, each with an owner.
First changes ship
The quickest theme fixes go live, made by us or by your developer from our tickets, and get checked after publishing.
You get: first fixes live within two weeks of kickoff.
Rhythm locked in
Weekly updates start, the 90-day roadmap is signed off and links to your ads and email calendar are set up.
You get: a routine your team can rely on.
/ Results
What our SEO work has delivered.
These totals come from the four ecommerce stores where our senior team has run SEO for 16 months. We round them down and sum them for client privacy.
SEO, across four stores
16 monthsclicks from Google, without paying for a single one
One of these stores now makes 20 to 30 sales every week from search alone.
Our clients' data stays theirs, so we show rounded totals rather than their dashboards.
/ Is this for you?
The right agency for some Shopify brands.
✓A great fit if you are
- Already have a Shopify developer and need SEO specialists who work well with them
- Left an agency where juniors did the work and want senior people on the account
- A Shopify Plus brand with an ecommerce manager who wants a proper counterpart
- Running ads, email and SEO separately and tired of suppliers pointing at each other
- Selling in several countries with shoppers in DACH, Britain, France or further afield
✕Probably not a fit if you
- Need a full store design. A design studio is the better first hire, and we can work alongside it
- Want the lowest monthly retainer. Senior people cost more than juniors, and we only use senior people
- Only want a ranking report. Reports without changes to the store aren't what we do
- Won't share Search Console or a staff account. We can't fix what we can't see
/ Before you sign
Questions to ask any Shopify SEO agency.
Use these on every agency you speak to, us included. Each comes with what a strong answer sounds like, so you can spot a weak one even if you're not an SEO person.
Will you edit our theme yourselves?
Strong answer: yes, in a duplicate theme or a Git branch, with a change log and a preview before publishing. Weak answer: we'll recommend some apps, or your developer will handle that.
Who does the work after signing?
Get the names and job titles, and check they were on the sales call. If you hear 'a dedicated account manager', ask who does the actual SEO work behind that person.
How do you handle tag and filter pages?
A good Shopify SEO specialist talks about noindex rules in the template, robots.txt.liquid and which filter combinations deserve to rank. 'We'll install an app for that' is a red flag.
Which of our apps would you remove?
A serious agency will have looked at your storefront before the call and can name one or two scripts that hurt speed. Generic answers mean nobody has opened your store yet.
How do you work with our developer?
Listen for tickets with acceptance criteria, reviews of previews and fitting into existing sprints. Agencies that only send spreadsheets leave your developer guessing.
What will you report every month?
Non-brand organic clicks, orders and revenue, ideally by collection. Ranking screenshots and 'visibility scores' alone are not enough to judge an agency's work.
Comparing several Shopify SEO agencies? Ask each one for a sample ticket they have written. It tells you more than any case study.
